You all know him, and some of you may (maaay) even love him. He is Jeff Asher, best friend to the groom/platonic fiance to the bride and all-around swell guy. We love (?) Jeff and his family, and are super bummed that we only get one Asher at the wedding. There is, however, an incredibly good reason for this. It turns out that the Polaroid film and camera company has gotten wind of the fact that we used a facsimile of their classic instant photograph on our "save the date" magnets. Years of digital photography may have rendered instant film obsolete, but Polaroid was trucking along just fine until our straw broke the camel's back.<div><br /></div><div>The company <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2008/TECH/12/08/polaroid.farewell/index.html">announced</a> that it would cease making its signature product at the end of 2008.
